A Must-Visit Spot for Coeliacs Visiting Canada!

During my time in Vancouver, one of my top gluten free restaurant discoveries was Earls Restaurant. In fact, I loved it so much that I went twice in one week! 💛
🌟 Why Earls is a Great Option for Coeliacs
✅ Coeliac-Friendly with Gluten Free Options Clearly Marked
🍟 Designated Gluten Free Fryer for chips and yes, the chips are amazing
🧑🍳 Knowledgeable Staff who are happy to accommodate and adjust spice levels if needed
🪑 Stunning Interior The vibe and design of the restaurant is a 10/10!
🍽️ What I Ate at Earls Vancouver

🥪 Visit One: Cajun Chicken Burger & Chips
Comes in a gluten free bun
Spicy for my taste (but I’m not great with spice!)
Great flavour and good bun texture
Chips were perfection – crisp, hot, and gluten free thanks to the separate fryer
🐟 Visit Two: Cajun Roasted Salmon with Rice & Asparagus
I requested less Cajun spice and it was absolutely perfect
Flaky, fresh salmon with well-cooked veggies and rice
One of the best gluten free restaurant meals I’ve had in Canada!
🍜 Bonus: Bangkok Bowl (my boyfriend’s meal)
While not gluten free, it looked and tasted amazing
Great if you're dining with someone who doesn’t need to eat gluten free
