Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@gftogether.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for:

If you purchased a digital version of the translation card, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
